Using Video Conferencing Cameras in Meeting WebEx

  1. Launch your meeting Or if you will only need to use the video component and if you know the meeting number and host key for the webinar you can skip to step 4 using the format of MeetingNumber@nyserda.webex.com as the video conference address. Once dialed you will be prompted for the host key.
  2. From the audio connection screen (select the phone icon shown in green below), change the Audio Connection type to "Call My Video System" and then choose the option "I will Dial in from My Video System"
  3. The system will provide you with an email address that you will use to connect with.
  4. Picking up the video conference remote will activate the call feature for the video conference. Select the call option. If the feature does not activate you can click on the green button on the remote to manually activate it.
  5. Using the arrow buttons on the remote scroll up to the "search or dial" option
  6. Begin entering the email address provided. The letters can be added using the on-screen keyboard.
  7. Once entered, using the remote, click on the green "Call" button
  8. Using the remote Click on the "Share in Call".
