Step 1: Go to junk folder and locate email that you want to move to your inbox


Step 2: right click the email and select Junk E-mail Options


 

 Step 3: Click on Safe Senders then click Add…

-add in the email address from which the ‘junk email’ was sent from.

In my case the junk email address was samgindoff@gmail.com


Step 4: add the email under safe senders and click apply then ok

 




Step 5:

After this step is complete. Go back to Junk email folder>right click on the email again>Junk>click not junk

Than finish with clicking ok.
