Set Up Call Forwarding on Your Desk Phone

  1. From your desk phone click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
  2. Enter in the phone number or extension you want to forward your line to, making sure for external numbers to enter 81+areacode.
  3. Once the forwarding is complete the number will appear at the bottom left of the phone screen.
  4. To undue the call forwarding click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
