To request content edits, please submit a request to the Strategic Operations Training Team and include the page URL and details on required edits.
A member of the Strategic Operations Training Team will reach out for clarity if needed.
Then, follow Procedure 1.3 below to Add Project Roles.
Click the Project Roles link at the top of the page to navigate to the Project Roles section of the Project Record.
In the Project Roles section of the Project Record, click on New Project Role to add a new Project Manager to the project.
Select NYSERDA Project Manager in the Role dropdown menu.
Search for the NYSERDA Project Manager Name by clicking on the Magnifier Glass icon next to the User dropdown.
Use the Search Bar to search for the appropriate Project Manager.
Select the appropriate PM after validating the Email.
Once the PM is added, scroll down to the Company Information section and use "NYSERDA" as the Company name. Then click the Save button.
Click Save to return to the Project Role Detail page, or click Save & New to save this record and reset the page to add a new record.
A new window will open automatically with the Project Role Detail. Click on the Project Name Hyperlink name to be redirected to the Project Record.
Click the Project Roles link at the top of the page or scroll down to navigate to the Project Roles section of the Project Record to see the newly added NYSERDA Project Manager details.
