NYSERDA Salesforce Portal - External Stakeholder Login
Introduction
Accessing the NYSERDA Portal is required when accessing project records, submitting deliverables, and raising invoices for the Generic Project Management Program. In order to access the NYSERDA Portal, Contractors must first create an account following the NYSERDA Portal Registration instructions.
Contractor will receive an email from the NYSERDA Portal. Click the Hyperlink in the message to open the Change Your Password page.
On the Change Your Password page, enter your password in the Password fields following the conditions. Then click the Change Password button once the status shows Good in both Password fields.
After your password is resetted, return to the NYSERDA Parner Portal.
On the NYSERDA Partner Portal, enter your Username and Password and then click the Log In button to access your account.
On the NYSERDA Partner Portal, click the Forgot Your Password? button to navigate to the Portal Password Rest page.
On the Portal Password Rest page, type in a New Password then click the Reset button to rest your password.
