Contractor Initial Login

Contractor will receive an email from the NYSERDA Portal. Click the hyperlink in the message to open the Change Your Password page.

On the Change Your Password page, enter a password in the New Password field. The password must include the following:

  • 15 characters
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character (e.g. $ or &)


After you have created a password, re-enter it in the Confirm New Password box. The system will indicate if the passwords match.

Once the system shows the new password are matching, click the Change Password box.

Logging Into the Salesforce Portal

After your password is resetted, return to the NYSERDA Parner Portal.

On the NYSERDA Partner Portal, enter your Username and Password and then click the Log In button to access your account.
