Accessing the NYSERDA Partner Portal is required when accessing project records, submitting deliverables, and raising invoices for the Generic Project Management Program. Contractor Contractors will receive an email from the NYSERDA Portal. Click the Hyperlink in the message email to open the Change Your Password page page for the NYSERDA Portal.

On the Change Your Password page, enter set your password in the  Password fields following the conditions. Then click the Change Password button once the status shows Good in both Password fields. New Password field, being sure your password conforms to the requirements listed. Confirm the password in the Confirm New Password filed, then click Change Password.
