To request content edits, please submit a request to the Strategic Operations Training Team and include the page URL and details on required edits.
A member of the Strategic Operations Training Team will reach out for clarity if needed.
1 - Click on the "File" tab from the ribbon bar
2 - Select "Automatic Replies (Out of Office)"
3 - Select the "Send Out of Office auto-replies"
4 - (Recommended but Optional) Select "Only send during this time range:" and set the appropriate start and end dates and times.
5 - On on the "Inside My Organization" tab set your custom message for NYSERDA staff.
6 - Select the "Outside My Organization" and put a check in the "Auto-reply to people outside my organization" and set your custom message that you would like people outside NYSERDA to receive.
7 - Click "OK"
