Launching Outlook Web App (OWA) - Webmail
Webmail.nyserda.org is being replaced by OWA through Office365. This new application is much more capable than the previous webmail.  Here is how to access OWA
 
1.       Launch your preferred web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox) and type the address {+}https://login.microsoftonline.com/+. The Office 365 sign in screen displays.


                    
 
 
2.       Enter your NYSERDA email address (this is your Office 365 account) Here, your password is not necessary.  Click "Sign in"



3.       The "State of New York Enterprise Single Sign On" page is displayed. This is your login screen to your NYSERDA Office 365 account.  Your password is required here.  Enter your NYSERDA email address and network password and click "Sign in"



4.       Now you are at the Office 365 Portal. You can install the Office365 applications on your home computer here (, as well as access Office applications through the browser.  To access your mail, click the box labeled "Mail"



5.       You are now logged into Outlook Web App.
