Introduction

Document Library: A document library provides a secure place to store files where you and your co-workers can find them easily, work on them together, and access them from any device at any time. For example, you can use a document library on a site in SharePoint to store all files related to a specific project or a specific client. Adding files or moving files between folders is as easy as dragging and dropping them from one location to another.

List: A list is a collection of data that gives you and your colleagues a flexible way to organize information. With a list, you can add columns for different types of data, such as text, currency, or multiple choice. Create views to display data effectively. Sort, group, format and filter lists to highlight the most important information. A list can include people, links, pictures, dates, and more. Track history of a list item over time with versions and use Power Automate to automate processes.
