- From your desk phone click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
- Enter in the ten-digit phone number or four-digit NYSERDA extension you want to forward your line to, making sure for external numbers to enter 81+areacode. If the phone does not allow you to enter a number after the 81, please submit an "IT Support - Desk Phone" Service Desk Request to enable a setting that allows call forwarding to a ten-digit number.
- Once the forwarding is complete the number will appear at the bottom left of the phone screen.
- To undo the call forwarding click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
