There are two ways for NYSERDA employees to log into Salesforce: Network Access and Off-Network Access.

Please contact salesforcesupport@nyserda.ny.gov if you need assistance logging in.

Network Access

Use the steps below to access Salesforce from the NYSERDA Intranet. This method uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to enter your Salesforce credentials.

  1. Navigate to http://launch.nyserda.org/ (the NYSERDA Launch Page).
  2. Click Salesforce to open Salesforce.




Off-Network Access

Use the steps below to access Salesforce from locations without access to the NYSERDA Intranet.

  1. Navigate to https://na21.salesforce.com.
  2. Enter your Username (NYSERDA email address) and Password.
  3. Click Log In.
