WebEx: Setting up Co-hosts

Anyone with an account on NYSERDA's WebEx site can be made a co-host of meetings you create, granting them extra privileges. This page describes the process of setting up a co-host.

Navigate to NYSERDA's WebEx.

Log in with your NYSERDA credentials.

Begin scheduling a meeting in your personal room.

In the Schedule a Meeting window, add attendees to your meeting.

Add the attendee you wish to give co-host rights to. Select the button next to their name to Make this attendee an alternate host.
