- From your desk phone click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
- Enter in the phone number or extension you want to forward your line to, making sure for external numbers to enter 81+areacode.
- Once the forwarding is complete the number will appear at the bottom left of the phone screen.
- To undue the call forwarding click on the button corresponding to the CFwdAll (call forwarding) option.
