Open Chrome.

UI Step

Click on the Image Removed the three dots icon on the far-right hand righthand side followed by "by Bookmarks " and "lists and Show bookmarks bar". This step can also be executed by hitting Ctrl+Shift+B on your keyboard.

Once selected you will see that the bookmarks bar is now visible below the search bar.
