General Guidance

Audio Conferencing allows the ability to dial-in to Teams meetings using a phone line rather than your computer or device audio. This functionality is automatic, nothing needs to be done within the system to set it up. DailDial-in information is generated automatically when scheduling meetings in Teams, and that information is available within the invite for that meeting. You must send the meeting invite to at least one person for the dial-in info and join link to appear. Every user has a uniqie Pin Number PIN associated with their account. As the meeting organizer, you’ll need to enter your PIN to start your meeting when you’re the first person to join and you join by phone. As with any PIN, keep it confidential.

Locate the meeting information through the meeting invite, dial the Number and the Conference ID to join the meeting through the Teams application, or through the phone.

Other than the Meeting Organizer, anyone in the meeting could allow the person in the lobby to join the meeting. After the Participants joining by Phone Dial In only must be admitted into the meeting by another participant. After confirming the participants identity through the their voice recordrecording, click click Admit to let the user join from the lobby.grant them access

The Dail-In Pin Number Meeting Organizer PIN can be reset through using the link in the Call-In Section from a Teams meeting invite, or through the link below. in section of the Teams invite.
