Step 1: 

Download the document, saving it locally and open it in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  If you do not have an Acrobat Pro DC license, contact the Service Desk about getting one.

Step 2: 

If you already have a Digital ID, simply select the signature you wish to include. If you do not have a Digital ID, select "Configure New Digital ID"
