If done correctly you will be prompted for your password, the one you use daily to logon to NYSERDA, the domain should auto populate to "NYSERDA" Image Removed

You will then select the VM pool to which you have been assigned by double clicking on the icon. In most cases this will be the "Win 7 View 6 Base Image"

Now you can view your desktop from home as if you were in the office, your archives and Outlook are all accessible as are the printers at NYSERDA, the drives assigned to you and so on.
