Overview

This software is required for connecting to your NYSERDA Virtual machine from a computer other than the one at your desk.  It can be installed on your personally owned machine to enable you to securely connect to your NYSERDA desktop while out of the office.

Process

From your PC/Laptop go to: https://desktop.nyserda.ny.gov/ and click on the "Install VMware VMWare Horizon Client icon.

Choose the appropriate software installation for your computer's operating system and click on "Go to Downloads". If you are not sure which operating system version you are running you can find instructions here.

Use all the default install options to complete the software installation.

Open the Secure Auth SecureAuth application on your phone; if you do not have this installed please review (LINK)this page.  This generates the token code passcode required in the first step of logging on.
