A External Data Sharing Request Form must be completed in order to share data with external stakeholders on one of NYSERDA's approved platforms such as; SharePoint, the NYSERDA secured portal, a secured FTP site, OPEN NY or a NYSERDA web site.

Then, attach any NDAs associated with your request to the form using the Attach File button found at the top of the form.

Click Save when the form is complete and your NDAs (if applicable) are attached. The Data Governance Office will receive an email notification when new forms are completed or existing forms are updated.
