Submit a helpdesk ticket so that so that the necessary permissions can be applied to your NYSERDA account.

Review the NYSERDA Terms and Conditions regarding this type of setup which can be found within the BYOD –Policy and Procedures section under Mobile Devices in the Help Desk Knowledge Books.

Join your phone to NYSERDA’s Yoda Wireless system.  The password can be found at http://launch.nyserda.org/ towards the bottom left of your browser.  If you are offsite you can use any local wifi – you do not want to use your cell signal for performance reasons.

Once the installation is complete open the newly installed Agent software.

Then relaunch the AWA Agent application to confirm your desire to encrypt your device.
