If you have selected On Hold from the Outcome, you will be required to select a Reason. Once you have clicked Save, a field will appear in the On Hold Information section to document the reason for the hold. Enrollments on hold cannot be processed until the hold is removed. If you have selected Cancel from the Outcome, you will be required to select a Reason and add a Note in the Notes tab. Once you have added a note, click Save and then the Process button for the enrollment to return to CLEAResults so they can determine the appropriate next steps. |
