Contractor will receive an email from the NYSERDA Portal. Click the hyperlink Hyperlink in the message to open the Change Your Password page.

On the Change Your Password page, enter a your password in the New Password field. The password must include the following:

  • 15 characters
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number

    •  Password fields following the conditions. Then click the Change Password button once the status shows Good in both Password fields.

    After you have created a password, re-enter it in the Confirm New Password box. The system will indicate if the passwords match.

    Once the system shows the new password are matching, click the Change Password box.
